Yes. The app is designed to work with loose pills and packaging such as blister packs and medicine boxes.
Do I need an account?
You can explore the marketing site without an account. In the iPhone app, sign-in is optional for saving history; identification features are available in the app.
Is there a subscription?
Full app functionality may require an App Store subscription or lifetime unlock. Pricing is shown in the app paywall and managed through your Apple ID.
Which languages are supported?
English, Turkish, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese.
When should I call a pharmacist instead?
If someone may have taken the wrong dose, if the pill looks damaged or mixed with unknown substances, or if health symptoms are present — seek professional help immediately.
How accurate is AI pill identification?
Accuracy depends on lighting, imprint visibility, and look-alike generics. Treat results as guidance, compare imprint text carefully, and confirm with a pharmacist when the match is uncertain or stakes are high.
Can it identify white round pills?
White round tablets are common look-alikes. The app uses imprint cues and packaging when available. Without a readable imprint, results are less reliable — bring the tablet to a pharmacy for confirmation.
Does the app check drug interactions?
Medication detail screens include interaction notes as educational context. They do not replace a pharmacist’s full interaction review of your complete regimen.
Are my scan photos stored?
Scans are processed to return identification results. Review the Privacy Policy for retention details. You control optional sign-in and scan history in the app.
